A few days before the BERSIH rally, Barisan Nasional had already lost the plot completely - and along with it, its legitimacy to continue posing as the federal government. The massive turnout of all races on 9 July 2011 (despite the damnably dickheaded lockdown courtesy of PDRM) has only hastened their rapid slide down the slippery slope of their own slime.
